1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using any services provided by Pelican Travel Solution, the client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Scope
Pelican Travel Solution provides Travel Service, Visa Assistant, Flight Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, Car Rental Services, Passport Support, Forex Card Services and Travel Related etc.,
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are non-refundable once the project or subscription is activated.
- The client must make payments as per the agreed schedule mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
- Applicable GST and TCS will be charged as per government regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pelican Travel Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from the use of its services.
5. Service Suspension & Termination
Pelican Travel Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment of dues
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of applicable laws
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the course of the engagement.
7. Amendments
Pelican Travel Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through official channels and will become effective upon publication.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
