Inclusions

  • Accommodation on twin sharing basis given or similar standard hotels.
  • Meal Plan CPAI : Stay with Breakfast
  • Chauffeur driven AC vehicle for Pick-Up drop to & from Railway station Point to Point transfers to and from sightseeing Places and Hotels
  • All transfers and sightseeing by AC Transport as per the itinerary inclusive of toll, parking & driver’s Charges & all necessary state permits.
  • Accommodation as per selected package option.
  • Meals as mentioned in the itinerary or hotel plan.
  • Transfers and sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Driver allowance, toll tax and parking for included transfers.

Exclusions

  • GST 5% As Applicable to all Domestic and international packages TCS of 5 % over and above the tour cost mentioned. If not applicable, please ignore
  • Any applicability of new taxes from the Government.
  • Any upgrade in airline class or hotel room category.
  • Cost of insurance (Travel Insurance)
  • Cost of pre/post tour hotel accommodation
  • Beach Water sports / similar or other Activities
  • Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
  • Any extra expenses such as porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
  • Anything specifically not mentioned in the tour price includes a column.
  • Costing may change as per the choice of Transportation made by the client to & from Destination Ahmedabad / Surat

  • Airfare, train fare, visa fee or insurance unless specifically mentioned.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, mini bar and room service.
  • Entry tickets, guide charges, adventure activities or optional tours unless mentioned.
  • Anything not mentioned under inclusions.

Payment Policy

  • All rates mentioned above are Subject to change as per the availability without any prior notice before confirmation on advance payment.
  • The room shall not be blocked at the time of Quotation.
  • Detailed Itinerary and day plan would be given at the time of issuing vouchers and tickets.
  • Cancellation charges are applicable as per airlines and hotels terms & conditions in addition with 3000 per adult / child is applicable.
  • 100% Advance payment is required for international booking.
  • 100 % Advance of ticket amount and 50 % of package amount for FIT Trips Balance amount before 1 month prior to departure.
  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of "Pelican Travel Solution".

Payment Type:
  • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Online Transfer.
  • Debit/Credit/Wallet Transfer.
  • Direct Payment by Traveler during tour, Bank Transfer OR
  • Cash only OR UPI Payment would be accepted

  • Package confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
  • Balance payment must be completed before travel date or as per company policy.
  • Rates may change until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or confirmation.
  • Supplier-specific cancellation conditions will apply.
  • Certain services may be completely non-refundable.
  • Visa fees, permits, entrance tickets, airline charges, deposits and special-event supplements may be non-refundable.

NO-SHOW
  • Failure of a passenger to use a confirmed service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
  • No-show charges may be up to 100% of the applicable service cost, depending on supplier policy.
  • No refund will be provided unless received from the concerned supplier.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport and supplier policies.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show, early check-out or unused services.
  • Cancellation requests must be shared in writing.

Important Notes

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
  • Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
  • Government taxes or entry rules may change without prior notice.
